所需資格：

• 華德福教學認證，具備1-3年帶班經驗；

• 喜愛孩子以及願意配合及與孩子的父母合作；

• 較強的溝通和人際溝通能力 — 對學生、家長和同事來說是容易相處的人

The Class 1 teacher assumes responsibility for delivering the Class 1 curriculum across all subjects, alongside fostering strong partnerships with parents and colleagues. It is imperative that our teachers provide developmentally appropriate instruction, incorporating music, movement, art, and academic skill development.

•⁠  ⁠A native English speaker.

Qualifications:

•⁠  ⁠Waldorf Teaching Certification with a minimum of 3 years' experience leading a class.

•⁠  ⁠Enthusiasm, patience, receptiveness to learning, support for colleagues and extensive experience.

•⁠  ⁠Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fostering approachability with students, parents, and colleagues.
