Immerse Your Child in Exploration, Creativity and Fun This Summer at Garden House
Families continue to return to our Summer Fun programmes year after year. The reason is simple: we provide a nurturing environment with plenty of outdoor activities and endless opportunities for play and creation. Parents trust our staff to provide age-appropriate activities and loving care, as well as to impart life skills that the children will take with them for the years ahead.
This is our 11th year of Summer Fun. In this fast-paced, high-tech society, what children need most is a place where they can slow down and appreciate the life around them. They need things that will ignite their creativity, enrich their senses, and let them be free to play and move in nature and appreciate all things and all creatures.
Regulations permitting, we will run our Summer Fun for ages 1-10, in both half- or full-day programmes with flexible schedules.
Parent & Child
9:00am – 11:00am
Half Day: 9:00am – 12:00pm
A rich play experience for all children! Activities include indoor and outdoor play, outings, waterplay, seasonal crafts, watercolor painting, singing, cooking, storytelling, rhymes and verses, and story telling.
Afternoon programme includes yoga, woodwork, swimming and farming.
To get the children into a healthy momentum so they can appreciate the wonder in our surroundings, we design our programmes with a variety of outdoor activities each week to foster exploration.
We recognize that family vacations and other activities may conflict with our Summer Fun programmes. Parents can create a schedule which suits their family’s needs. For all programmes, parents may choose which weeks to attend, with a minimum of two weeks’ enrollment per child.
A new feature for this year is our special After-Class Care. After-Class Care is available daily from 2:30pm till 5:00pm. After-Class Care provides children with wholesome childcare which includes a healthy snack, free play and caring for rabbits. The service for the After-Class Care is 200/day for children in the full-day programme.
We provide school bus service to bring children to school for the morning 9:00am class, and to take them home at noon 12:00pm (Half-Day), at 2:30pm (Full-Day), and at 5:00pm (After-Care). Please see Bus Service Information for more details.
A healthy, freshly made wholesome snack is provided in school. For full day programme, parents should prepare a healthy packed lunch for their children.
Because our programmes suit a wide range of ages with various activities, parents often enroll more than one child. Each additional sibling receives a tuition discount of 10% for each child.
