Garden House Taekwondo Class 23-24

Taekwondo martial arts places a strong emphasis on footwork, and as such, the foot techniques are particularly intricate and require dedicated practice. Taekwondo is not only an art form, but also a spiritual and cultural experience. Beginners must undergo training and pass an examination before they can advance to higher levels.

In the Taekwondo class, the coach will help develop the child's athletic abilities and self-awareness, as well as improve the child's capabilities in self-defense. Additionally, the coach will teach children to respect themselves and others, improve their attention, and strengthen their self-discipline and self-restraint.

*Taekwondo has an upgrade test and will be held once a semester for an additional fee (including upgraded belt , certificates, and some additional awards)
